AI-kompetencepagten is a national initiative that brings together private and public organizations to strengthen AI competencies in Denmark. The goal is for one million Danes to acquire applicable AI skills within three years.

When your organization becomes part of AI-kompetencepagten, you commit to strengthening AI competencies to prepare Denmark for future digital challenges and opportunities.

As a partner in the pact, you commit to:

• Offer internal and/or external training linked to specific AI projects to ensure learning through practical experience and collaboration.
• Share experiences and best practices from our AI upskilling projects and training programs with the aim of promoting shared learning.
• Contribute data-driven knowledge about the AI competencies that are necessary for employees and organizations in the future.
• Work with principles such as equal access, responsibility, and job satisfaction as the foundation for upskilling efforts.

We believe that the most effective learning and upskilling happens through a combination of practical experience, collaboration, and formal training. By investing in the development of AI competencies, we secure Denmark’s digital future and create value for employees, businesses, and society as a whole.
