We work purposefully to ensure a digital skills boost across the entire workforce and to promote lifelong learning. Our goal is to foster more digital competencies and greater digitalization.

Cybersecurity & ComplianceWe aim to ensure that all employees possess basic IT security competencies to maintain a high level of responsible digital safety.

Digital Transformation LeadershipWe want to strengthen leadership capabilities to effectively and responsibly lead digital transformation and upskilling initiatives.

AI, Data & Emerging TechnologiesWe promote specialist competencies and a deeper understanding of how AI, data, and emerging technologies are reshaping the skills needed in the labor market.
